its location not too far from pfaffenteich was fantastic. set next to the train station, it was great for travelling.

The bed of mine was terribly uncomfortable.

The satff were very friendly and efficient. We found the location very good, being near the main railway station. Providing free travel on busses and trams was very useful. The room was comfortable.

Our main complaint was that we could only recieve cnn in the morning and there was no reception of the bbc World Service. An international hotel like this should be able to provide both 24 hours/day.

Free City transport ticket for the duration of stay makes this hotel great value for money for the traveller relying on public transport. Excellent location right next to main train station, bus station and tram stops. 3min walk to lake or city centre. Comfortable, clean with all amenities. Very quiet in spite of being next to the station. Helpful, friendly staff who all speak excellent English.

Great location, comfy vibes

I was super happy with my stay! The room was nice and had a lovely view of the courtyard. It's right next to the train station, made getting around easy. Plus, they had a chill bar area for snacks. The free WiFi. Yeah, it was really slow most of the time.

We found this hotel very comfortable, with welcoming staff and a good restaurant. It is just a few yards from the Hauptbahnhof, so is perfect for breaking a long journey; Shwerin is a beautiful town. Train noise was not intrusive, as we thought it might have been.
